She had just taken a shower and it had done little to relax her raw nerves. However, she wouldn't be taking a moonlit stroll in the gardens this evening. Meeting up with Miguel could prove deadly to her already-wounded heart for cupid's arrow had split it right through the middle. Even a skilled physician could not mend this type of broken heart.

Conchita knocked on her bedroom door and announced herself, Silver rushing to answer.
