Shaun looked concerned as he approached and shook Dakota's extended hand curiously.   It didn't take long for them to fill him in on the situation, and vice versa.   Shaun had informed Kimber that his wife, Louise had delivered the twins earlier than expected.   Two new healthy nieces Kimber couldn't have requested better news.   But there was a surprise that Shaun unfolded regarding Dakota.

" Whoa, unbelievable," he had exclaimed as he fit the puzzle together, the more that he studied Dakota, the more he recognized his face.   " Now I know why you look so familiar. Man, your picture has been plastered all over the news. You've got one worried mother on your hands."

" Mother?" Dakota plied, his face suddenly fringed with concern.

" Yeah.   White hair, plump build - shakes her head furiously when she is upset," Shaun expounded.

" That's mother," Dakota drawled.

Shaun continued, " Your mother and this dark-haired vixen appeared on a talk show pleading for information regarding your whereabouts." He paused, scratched the deep dimple in his chin thoughtfully, then amended, " Your mom appeared very concerned."

Shaun continued, " The dark-haired vixen....."

" Yes?" Dakota asked, his curiosity peaked amid his concern for his mother.

" Actually, she and your mom got into a tussle of sorts on the broadcast. She actually went as far as to accuse the vixen of being responsible for your demise."

Dakota tense his mouth, Kimber aware that he was not pleased in the least with these disturbing developments.
