But she felt more secure amid their bartering of words, so she told him, " You know, you look ridiculous in my brother's Hawaiian shirt."

" Yes, it's my idiot shirt," he tossed out, his face mischievous looking.

And Kimber suddenly wished that she'd kept her thoughts to herself. Dakota was the idiot - a rude, snide idiot who didn't have any sense or he wouldn't be sitting there like a lamb in labor making comments about her beloved brother.
