Ghost
Under the Golden Moon by Sky Taylor

Nick was stunned as Fayne tossed
aside her cup and latched the red lips onto his, her intentions deliberate as
she shoved him back onto the truck seat. It took him a minute or two to recover,
then he put her from him.
"Fayne, stop it - you don't
realize what you're doing," he assured, trying to collect himself.
Under any other situation, he would
have welcomed her kiss.
"I like your shoulders, Nicky,"
she giggled, holding a hand to her red lips as a hiccup suddenly escaped. "Whoops!"
and she giggled again.
Nick smirked, unable to keep a straight
face. Actually, the situation was quite humorous.
His attention was lassoed as she
pointed towards the truck and told him, "There's a ghost working on your
truck."
Nick jerked his head around, a bit
startled to see that the hood of the truck was lifted. Odd, because he'd remembered
closing it before dragging out the truck seat. However, he didn't see a ghost.
He shielded his face as a bolt of
lightning lit the black sky. Great - just what they needed; a sudden storm.
