The cell was cold and musty. Bianca eyed Rebel in thorough disgust. She didn't know why the sheriff had insisted on locking her up too. It had been Rebel, not her, breaking the laws of the land.

Rebel shook his head. " Something is definitely wrong with the officer's radar detector. I don't think the jeep will do over a hundred."

" I would be more concerned about where I was sitting for the moment if I were you," she advised, her arms akimbo as she viciously view him. " Compared to that mattress, Lesley's pink jeep's a basket of roses."
