" Wellington's roast beef," she told him, Bo laughing in the process.

" Nope. Just the sweet smell of your perfume," he told her and when he bent to dust her lips with a kiss, Wellington whirled into the room and announced that the guests had arrived.

Maggie entered the manor first, Vince following closely behind.

The woman was full of energy, breaking into a clatter of conversation. But when Coty entered the room unannounced, leaning on a cane for support, Maggie couldn't find her tongue.

Bo shared an amusing glance with Vince, Karina filling in the sudden burst of silence with, " Coty, please meet Maggie Murphy, a devoted fan."

Coty's eyes lit, almost gleaming as he looked at Maggie with interest. " Well, if you would have told me she was this beautiful, I wouldn't have skipped dinner on her last visit."

Maggie gasped in total delight, wasting no time in making her way towards Coty, leading him from the room as she asked him a volley of questions.
