It's stifling in here!" "Wait dear!" Miss Fantanna called out, then she turned back to Travis and asked, "Are you ready to meet your new bride?" He was suddenly dumbstruck. First off, he was shocked that there was anyone left inside the stage. And secondly, obviously this wasn't Fanny Fantanna. "You're not Fanny Fantanna?" he asked for verification. Miss Fontanna's face formed a flattering smile as she waved the hanky at him saying, "Why no, Mister Jackson. I-I hope that you aren't too disappointed? I'm your soon-to-be sister in law, Nan Fantanna." Disappointed? Disappointed! He cringed as she yelled out to the lady in the stage, "Come on out, sister dear. Everything is well unto my liking - and I am certain that papa will be quite pleased of my report." She turned back to address Travis, explaining, "Father is a bit of a stickler when it comes to Fanny. She's his favorite, you know. He insisted that I check you out - make certain that she wasn't making the mistake of a lifetime. You don't have an older brother do you?" Travis found it difficult not to cover his eyes as he looked towards the stage where the young lady was preparing to exit. If this was the sister, surely he was out of luck.
