"My ability comes from my mother's side. She was a great artist. Come," he said on impulse, "I want to show you something."

He rose, his Reeboks silently gliding across the carpet. She curiously followed him into his bedroom and Mark instructed her to perch on the bed while he rummaged through the large walk-in closet.

She had never considered Frank's private life before; if he was married or if he had any children.

"Aw, here they are," Mark told her, pulling out a trio of canvases, each draped in a startling white cloth. She eagerly awaited for him to unveil the works.
