![]() Pour yeast into large mixing bowl. Add warm water to dissolve yeast. Allow to stand 12 minutes. Next, stir in skimmed milk, egg, table salt, soda, sugar & two cups of bread flour. Mix well. Slowly add remaining bread flour then turn onto lightly floured board. Knead ten minutes. Thy whilst receive a workout for thy merry efforts! Reap sweet rewards! Cut thee dough lengthwise into several strips that art about 1 inch in width. Form loop & twist, then allow to rise on board for half an hour. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven till golden brown. Roll immediately in coarse salt. |
