Low Calorie Recipe Low Calorie Cranberry Orange Chicken Slice one boned large chicken breast into 4 strips and cook in a non-stick pan that has been sprayed with butter flavored, non-stick cooking spray. Cook slowly so that chicken develops a glaze on the outside. Turn ever-so-often. When done, add 1 serving of whole OR gelled cranberry sauce (in a can) to the pan. Add 1/2 cup of orange juice.
