She was still digesting his words as he neared her and capped his hat upon her silver head.

"By the time you get that hat made, that renegade finance of yours will be here,"he grated out. "Wear mine until Mario can go secure more supplies from Siesta Villa."

How dare he insinuate her bridge of knowledge! She was tired of his lacking opinions of her and had no intention of allowing this moron to continue gorging onward with his raw insults!

She looked at him and hissed through white teeth of pearls, "I know one thing! You're no man."

He arched his brows, his rugged face mocking her and she reckless continued, "You're nothing more than a-a desperado. A-a varmint with-with teeth and diamonds."
