Ace could see why Jack was infatuated with the woman - she was beautiful. But the beauty had no heart, particularly where Jack Sneed was concerned. And Jen had been very frisky amid her divorce quest, frequently making it a point to touch his bare arm as she explained how rotten a husband Jack had been. It was during times like this when he wished his beloved grandfather were here to lend advice. Being a seasoned old cowboy, he would have liked the fact that Ace had decided to pursue ranching.
