"Looks to be a nice day for the show, doesn't it Jordan?" He smiled back, Kayla's heart melting as she took in his deep blue eyes, something she could never get quite enough of. In fact, there wasn't anything about Jordan that she didn't love - except his sluggishness when it came to romance. Just what did a girl need to do to get his attention? Couldn't he see how much she cared for him? She must be a pro at hiding her true feelings, she went on to ponder. "I suppose that we should take our seats before it gets too busy," he suggested in the familiar deep tone. "Would you like a refreshment?" 'I'd like you,' she had been tempted to ease out but instead nodded and told him, "That would be nice. Lemonades? I'll go with you-" "Go save me a seat instead," he suggested, not wanting her to get overheated. It was hot by the refreshment stand and would probably be packed by now. With five minutes until show time, Kayla searched the area for sight of Jordan. They should have forgone the lemonades. The refreshment area tended to be against the sun and she suddenly fretted that he'd gotten caught in a long line. When she would have relinquished the coveted seats, he suddenly appeared with two tall lemonades in his hands, Kayla waving at him to collect his attention.
